it's not in any way a sequel. A company can have two game series in the same genre that are completely separate. Namco-Bandai also has two major fighting game series (Soul Calibur and Tekken). _________________

Yeah, but what's wrong with that?
And Phil, I was told it's in the same universe or something? I dunno, I never played it. my friend who has is giving me info, but he's not too reliable. _________________

No. The world and setting are entirely different and unconnected. They're both 2D fighting games with fairly outlandish character designs, but that's about all it is they have in common. _________________

I wasnt trying to say that they are in any way connected or that one is a sequal to the other I was just comparing the way they are played which is the same. Not the characters or the moves but the look of the game.
There isnt anything wrong with that really its just that I'm used to the 3D arenas of Tekken. U can move anywhere you want and the stages somtimes move or break _________________

I was responding to Toutaku with the sequel comments.
But yeah, I can understand that. Some people just do prefer 3D fighters to the 2D kind. Personally, I like both. They're different, but both fun. _________________
