Streams of bloody crimson gather on my hands.

If you think I'm just poetic, let me help you understand.

I admit that I'm a sadist. I might even be mad.

I'd plough through your viscera and I doubt I'd feel bad.

I'll recreate my fantasies with your open wounds.

They told me love would hurt and they warned me of the pain.

I took it rather literally, it's like a fucking game!

I'll strap you to a table. Scare you half to death.

My merits as a surgeon will be sure to take your breath.(away)-

Hygienic, Sterile scalpels? I hardly see the point.

I doubt there'll be much difference while I mutilate your joints.

Eating through the tissues. Sawing through your bones.

The urges are unquenchable. Your murder fills my mind.

I've got to recreate it all before I'm out of time.

Peeling skin, cutting flesh, hitting bone and breaking.

There's just no competition, nothing as exhilarating.

I swear, I'll never rest. You can't beat my attitude.

Once again, I'll end up covered in your Splattered Gratitude.

The amount of pyjama bottoms I'm going through tonight. . .

But yes, I agree that a music video of some form would be amusing. Something similar in nature to Joe Black's "Sick Love Sick Love Song", I'm thinking.
