I did watch his Driver San Francisco review too before I left. He wasn't as critical, but still sorta funny.

Heh. I thought that one of the funniest ones yet where he's actually liked the game.

Maybe still not as good as the best ones where he gets all angry, but still pretty good.

Haven't played Resistance or Resistance 2, but I've watched people play. Its pretty gnarly, and I absolutely love it. I forget which came out first, but I'm willing to say that if Gears of War came after Resistance, then clearly the former was copying the latter and trying to infuse as much testosterone poisoning as possible.
