After a feverish period of utter disgust for this form, I'm back, and with my first cross-over story, Milky Ways, combining Bleach with Queen's Blade in a space opera setting! This is the spiritual successor to Bleach: Creatures of the Night, written exactly four years after the original publication. Since working on Muscle Cuties! is very difficult right now, I have this to help me cope with it.

Sounds pretty fun. Interesting combination. I'll be curious to see how Bleach + Queen's Blade + space all go together.

Actually it's more like an original story that has one character from each series present.

I was inspired to write this when I was really tired and looking at this two pictures at the same time, and they started to blend together.

I think I do my best when I haven't been sleeping.

Do you think I should try to include other Queen's Blade characters. It feels a little lonely with only Risty planned as an important character from that series.

Either if you really feel like it, or if it can somehow be balanced out with Bleach or original characters.

I want to avoid a lot of Bleach characters since I still might want to write a story about Orihime (it might take place during the events of Milky Ways). There will definitely be many original characters though.

I wouldn't be against more Queen's Blade characters. Whatever you feel is best.

OK. The hardest part would be thinking of how to get more characters into the story, but I do want to try. I would love to have Cattleya and Melpha here (in fact I considered Cattleya before choosing Risty because I wasn't sure what to do about Lana and Owen). After rewatching some episodes of series 1, I would not mind writing about Reina and Tomoe either.
