Ahaha meant to post in here ages ago, lost my self esteem instead.
I managed to get some semi-presentable pictures of me not long ago though.
All together now: Ewwwww.

We'll all go Ewwwww, she says...
That's a really powerful look. Very pretty, but still conveys power.
My face is the one that looks like a sexual encounter between a maul and a sack of potatoes. _________________ You think nothing is impossible? Go slam a revolving door. |

Aha, thank you!
I suppose it is kind of a strong look. I largely base my fashion nowadays on any era from the '20s to the '60s. Most of it lies more at the '20s end of the fashion spectrum though, some of my idols being Louise Brooks and Liza Minnelli's portrayal of the Lisa character from Cabaret. I've pretty much been described by my friends as a "modern day Flapper", which I guess is pretty correct.
Oh, yeah, for those of you who don't know, a "Flapper" was a type of woman in the 1920s (although the terminology was used for several years after the end of the decade) who were seen as brash for having short, bobbed hair, wearing bright makeup and skirts above their knees (something which was very taboo at the time), driving cars, treating drinking, smoking and sex with a casual attitude and otherwise flouting social norms. They looked a bit like this:
