Personally, I'd think, being it's Rachel, controlling a tentacle beast is within her ability.

It's made nicer for me by the stuff on the bottom which seems to indicate it's official. Only bad part is that both Sonken and Sonsaku already have hot girlfriends and don't necessarily need to touch each other.

That furthers my theory that she's in control there. I mean she has two magical animals serving her already. What's one tentacle monster?
