Glorious Escapism Roleplay

I have an idea for a My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic role-play. An evil force is invading Equestria, and a group of Ponies (canon or original) are tasked to recover a means to save Equestria. They have a long journey ahead of them through a hostile land, but allies and treasure await those who look hard enough.

How does this sound?

So far My Little Pony: The Movie is less fun than I remember, but I like the animation. Escape From Midnight Castle is still a good show though, but the ponies themselves are unremarkable.
