I now own the first season on DVD. Still haven't had time to look at it yet, but I'm looking forward to watch it all again and check out the commentary.

Okay, so Sleepless in Ponyville and Wonderbolt Academy.

Both were good episodes. Sleepless especially stuck with me. I think it was about as good an episode as Scootaloo could have hoped for as her first starring part. I loved how they used Luna in the episode and I really just thought it was a sweet, funny, enjoyable episode.

Wonderbolt Academy wasn't quite as strong for me, mostly just because the humor fell a little flat. That aside, it did cool things with the character and it looked nice. I'd give it a positive review, if a slightly less enthusiastic one.

I thought it was really funny when Fluttershy was rescued, then glared at for being a Pegasus and thus should have been able to save herself.

Yes, that was great. Especially since it was Cloudchaser, the one background pony I RP as who provided the glare.

The latest episode was really good I though. Been a while since we've had a good AJ focused ep, and I thought this was one was thoroughly enjoyable.
