It's adapted from a manga too, although I never read it before.

It is apparently playing in the UK right now, in 3-D, under the title Big Tits Zombie.

Big Tits Dragon zombies are a bit more like Evil Dead zombies than the Dawn of the Dead-style zombies in Highschool of the Dead though, since Big Tits Dragon has katana-wielding geisha zombies and other odd creatures.
