Tekken Rules! Awsome cant wait for this to get to stores. So watching it  However I must say a few things. Leo is not a girl, he is a guy. And Tekken is not just about a fighting turnament its about the Mishima's (Heihachi, Kazuya, and Jin) and the rather complex history they have. The ultimate disfunctional family. This is going to be so sweet.
Guilty Gear looks good but its only 2d so...I dont know maybe.

Leo is not a guy. He's a trap and therefore hotter than a few Tekken girls. XD

Apparently this is the explanation:

I sometimes like androgynous girls, but they need to have at least some distinctly female features. I don't see any here really.
And at the same time, if s/he's a guy, s/he's not quite trap enough. Too boyish for my tastes.
Not super hot to me, really.

U dudes are weird. Leo is totaly a dude, no curves at all. The only thing that might make people think he is a girl is that wimpy voice of his.
Who is Bridget? I've never heard of her and I have played and own Tekkens 4, 5, and 6.

Regardless of looks, Namco-Bandai seems to be stating that the character is intended to be ambiguous in terms of gender (the fact that gender specific pronouns are never used only adds to this), according to what I quoted earlier. That's official word by the creators. Anything else either way is pure fan speculation.
