Most windows computers have a PrtScn key. Pressing this should copy the current screen to the clipboard. From there, just paste it into Paint.

Save and upload to an image host site of your choice.

There are a number of sites which allow you to upload images online

http://imageshack.us/ is one of the favorites. Go there, click where it says "browse". Locate the image you just saved. Next hit upload.

Once its uploaded, you'll get a bunch of links. Copy the one that says "Direct Link" by it.

Paste that in the message here, highlight it and then click where it says "Img" under the subject line.
