I have read the newest chapter, and the newly shown Bankai ability seems a bit over the top and unfair. But as I know how Kubo works, it will be defeated next week.

It just occurred to me that Yamamotogenryuusai's bankai is extremely similar to Tara Niou's in my fan-fiction Creatures of the Night, except with fire instead of ice. What a awesome coincidence!
