Loose-leaf tea is yummy. And, if you have a teapot, inhaling the little bits of tea leaves isn't really a problem.

Also, I was just rummaging through my beverage cupboard for things to nom, and I found a tin of "Wonderland" tea bags I bought from Disneyland California, the last time I visited. There are three varieties: Earl Grey, Lemon and Chamomile, and the "Mad Tea Party blend", which I'm not sure exactly what that is.

I've only really tried the Earl Grey, but for an American commercial take on English tea, they're really not all that bad. We should have some the next time you visit me, Toutaku.

This is true, love.

If I magically have money before then, I'll bring some Vanilla, some Peppermint and some Roobois.

I've never tried Rooibos tea, or seen it on the menu there. Is it new? It sounds interesting, though.

Ooh. I'd quite like some Assam, I miss smokey teas. The "Mad Tea Party Blend" I previously mentioned sounds like it might have a bit of a kick to it though, so I may try some of that later on.

Okay, so, I just tried that "Mad Tea Party Blend", and it's delicious.

Looking on the label, it's supposedly made of "a mix of Indian Black Teas", "ginger bits", and "Apricot and Peach flavours". (But no mustard - that would be silly).

I didn't try it before drowning it in sugar, as per my modus operandi with tea, but I think it might have been sufficiently sweet enough without it. I was really impressed by the fragrance as well as the flavour, it smelt really strong and good.

Again, for an American take on English teas, I'm really impressed. It surpassed my expectations. Especially as I got 24 teabags from Disneyland, of all places, for less than $10. I kind of regret adding milk to it because it made the after-taste funny, but now I'm sitting here with it in my SeaWorld mug like the best motherfucking tourist ever.

I've recently developed a passion for Kashmir Black Chai.

That and a blend of Japanese Green and Peppermint is nice.

I've been experimenting!

Blending Vanilla and Ginger is nice, as is blending Vanilla with Almond.

Robois and Egyptian Mint is very good, too.

I love my vanilla tea. I'm going through it at a surprisingly quick rate though. I'll have to obtain some arctic fire when I'm next seeing the folk of the Nor.

I can agree with you about vanilla and ginger though. I normally eat some of that ginger dark chocolate I bought with my tea.
