I'm surprised no one made this yet. Yeah, it ended 2 years ago, but its still awesome nevertheless.

Anything Code Geass related can be posted here. Hell, even Phil's AoaCt stuff count.

I'm honestly not sure I have anything new to say about it. Kallen is still one of the hottest anime girls ever. The show is still incredibly awesome. And yeah, I wrote a massive 50+ chapter fanfic for it.

I think that's about all I got.

Haven't seen the series in a long time. Not a particular favorite of mine, but I did find it good, just not that great.

The first season was good. I was not really a fan of R2 because Lelouch could never seem to get a break. In the first season there were plenty of moments where I was like "Fuck yes!" because he kept kicking ass and slapping the faces of his enemies. In the second season he kept...loseing epicly. There was one astounding victory which wasnt really a victory because of everything they ended up loseing. His little sister ends up hateing him even though he did everything for her sake. And he dies. What kind of crap is that?

Something more moving than if everything was happy.

There were a lot of references in this series. Some examples:

-Lelouch was reading Hamlet, which could be his inspiration for the Zero Requiem. Also explains the 'madness' motive and the revenge killing he wants against his father for precieved wrongs.
-The Jesus pose Lelouch did while he fell on the flag of Britannia. His blood smeared on the flag of Britannia also looks like a cross.
-"Those who kill should be the ones who are willing to be killed." That's sounds vaguely familiar...

There comes a time when there is too much drama and nearing the end of R2 was when it was reached. I also had a problem with the fact that Lelouch never said that what happened to Uphi was an acident because it was. And he said that Shirlys death was his fault even though Rolo did it with out orders. Moveing after a while it became more like "Ah come on seriously?". I just really wanted everything to turn out ok for Lelouch and Nana at least everyone else I didnt care. So everything that happened against that, in every single episode, kind of disapointed me.

Interesting points though Sel.

Lelouche is a ham, thats why he reads Hamlet. If there was anything theatrical about anything you can beat he practised it until it was second nature.

Like removing a contact, Maybe?

There was another thing. In the first season his theatricalness was clever and enthraling but in the second season he was pretty much insane. There was never one single moment in it where he was happy unlike in the first one. He was always angry or depressed or somthing. With good reason I suppose but...yeah that bothered me too.

It makes sense though, plot wise. Kinda why I compare Lelouch to Hamlet.

Always the troubled Prince? He was even banished away to school in another country. Now that you bring it up, I see a lot in common.

I'm reading Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion Koushiki Comic Anthology Knight: For Girls. So funny and cute! C.C. dresses as a sukeban and tries to teach Nunnally the same! Jeremiah tries to build up a resistance to oranges after his traumatic problem! C.C. begins a work-out program to lose weight after eating nothing but pizza! Lelouch admitting his type of girl is Nunnally, and all the female students trying to imitate her! Ha ha! So funny! Please look at this if you can! Pages and pages of fun with your favorite characters!
