It's some kind of genius, I suppose. Definitely a unique story.

Quite true.

This is true is some rather unpleasant ways too. Someone on TV Tropes once complained that she joined a forum or some such to discuss the program. She was treated well but the people thought she was male. When she revealed she was female, she was treated coldly.

Well that is unfortunate.

Fans of both genders tend to act strange after a while with anything, but in different ways. I think male fans begin to become more exclusive, forming tight groups that feel threatened by new people that don't fit their narrow ideas of what makes a fan. Female fans seem to attach themselves to a couple and violently hate anything that threatens that couple or focus their hate on a character that seems too "girly". Either way, I avoid both types.

I've noticed stuff like that before too. It's a shame some people have to be like that.

Some people just have to take things too far, I suppose.

A weaboo is someone so obsessed with Anime that they disregard their own culture and loathe the fact they were not born Japanese.

They usually insert one or two Japanese words into a sentence, e.g.: "Oh wow, that's really kawaii desu!"

They seem to have a belief that all Japanese life is akin to a manga, i.e: All Japanese love Anime, speak in a very casual style, know basic martial arts ETC.

They often declare they would only choose a Japanese partner, and that other girls/boys are inferior.

The list goes on...

I've known a few personally... They can be infuriating.

Sayo's not that extreme. She acts like it (to piss me off), but when she's calm, she's most agreeable.
