I don't go on Fakku much either actually. I mostly just check a few translator blogs and futanaripalace.com. _________________

I see.
I pretty much frequent Doujin-Moe, I've read almost every free doujin they have, as weird as that sounds. _________________ A normal day for sheena. . .

They do post some good stuff.
I used to closely follow that site.
The fact that they partition part of their output off into a pay section just annoyed me though. _________________

Well its not like they just ignore the free members.
It could be worse. _________________ A normal day for sheena. . .

Still, it's just annoying. Everything on Fakku is free... _________________

Yes, sometimes I see a members doujin on doujin-moe I really want to see and they have it on fakku, but just as often they don't have it.
If I get a steady job I just might start paying. _________________ A normal day for sheena. . .

I don't think I'd ever pay for something like that. _________________

Different values I suppose, and the free stuff works just as good as the pay stuff.
I'm not that desperate. . . yet. _________________ A normal day for sheena. . .

I have no problem with the idea of paying for porn. I actually have before.
But not for doujinshi. That just seem wrong to me. Doujinshi are drawn by amateur artists in Japan who sell them with the hopes of turning a profit. These works are illegally scanned and uploaded to the internet. A website like this has no right to the doujins on it. It doesn't seem right that they are able to charge anything for what is essentially work stolen from someone else. I can't really support that. _________________

It's pirating, I used to download and sell doujinshi to my friends at school.
Inkjets are expensive and i only charged 25 cents a page, 50 if colored.
(for the inkjets more than personal profits really, I think at the end of the year I made like 20 bucks)
btw I no longer pirate or support or condone it in any way.
(unless I'm downloading anime.)
I actually stopped when I was old enough to realize that it WAS stealing, even if it was from a theif. _________________ A normal day for sheena. . .

I see.
doujinshi printed out by a printer on regular paper couldn't have looked that great anyway.
I pirate stuff. It's hard to resist the urge to do so. I do believe in supporting things I enjoy when I can. I just don't have a lot of money. _________________

It looked pretty good actually, not high quality but not all that bad.
Like abridged series' "Please support the official release!" _________________ A normal day for sheena. . .

I see. But it surely can't be on the level of the actual publication, or anywhere close even.
Yeah. _________________

A good way of doing things is to pirate EVERYTHING, then make donations to the official website if you liked it enough. _________________

If compared to real manga, no if they're a 10 mine were a 6.5 or a 7.
I would donate to a cause if I had the money to support it. Like a bought the Code Geass box set when I got paid from my salesmen job, even after I torrented all the episodes already.
It all comes down to the money I don't have. _________________ A normal day for sheena. . .
