I don't think she'd try anything with the male cast (aside from Carl). She only has girl's clothes after all. I doubt that would suit someone like Bang or Tager...

I also kind of doubt she'd ever have the courage to dress up Kokonoe. And I'm not sure how much joy she'd get from dressing up someone like Lambda or Nu.

And we'll probably never see her dress up Taokaka in actual BlazBlue.

Litchi comments in the first game at one point that Taokaka's face is cute (while she's sleeping), so I just went with that, I didn't want to get too descriptive with it.

There are lots of estimations as to what her face looks like out there. Generally it's depicted as something like this:
