I've managed to play The Walking Dead. I've finished the second episode, and it looks like I've made one of the more unfavorable decisions in the game.

I wanted more horror games to play, so I bought Corpse Party Blood Cover: Repeated Fear. Very cute and very horrible. After seeing a friend be hanged in the toilets then forced to swallow scissors by ghost children I had to stop. It's a little like a Silent Hill visual novel.

Yes, it was good, but it also heartbrokenly depressing.

No, she doesn't. We don't know what become's of her.

She is Clementine, the little girl who you meet at the beginning of episode 1, someone who you'll truly care for and want to take care of. Throughout the game, she has witness and experience many different things since the zombie outbreak, many of them terrible. At the end of episode 5, she has lost everything dear to her. Her parents who both she and you have been trying to find the whole time have been found both dead and turned into zombies, she was kidnapped by a man whose suffering has been caused by the decisions that my group has made that have made him fall into despair and insanity. All of her and Lee's friends and companions that remained with me throughout this journey have all either died, abandoned us, or went missing, all in trying to find and rescue her.

And now Lee, the protagonist, the man who has put his very life on the line to protect her, the man who she trusted and believed in, the man who was like a second father to her, has been bitten and infected, and at the end has died because I made the choice for her to shoot him so that he wouldn't become a zombie.

Now she's all by herself, alone, tired, hungry, and emotionally scarred by what she had to go through, walking around in who knows where, carrying the very gun she had shot Lee with. And finally, it all ends with her seeing two silhouettes walking across a nearby hill until they stop, implying that they may have seen her. The very last shot of her shows her scared, not knowing what's going to happen, because doesn't who those people are or what they might do her. And this time, she has no one to protect her but herself.
